Yes. OneWorld EcoSolutions is an accredited company under the VEU program. You may view a list of accredited persons on the Register of Accredited Persons on the Essential Services Commission (ESC) website.

No, there are no hidden fees involved. Our weather sealing and showerhead product range, along with the installation service we provide for these products, is free of charge. However, please note that hot water systems and heating and cooling systems are not provided free of charge. All costs and terms associated with these systems will be clearly outlined in writing to ensure transparency.

Tenanted properties are eligible to receive upgrades under the VEU program however it is highly recommended for tenants to refer to their Tenancy Agreement or discuss with their landlord about any changes they intend to make to the premises.  

Please contact OneWorld EcoSolutions immediately in writing upon discovery of any fault or defect of a product. We will assess the issue with your product (or its function) and attempt to remedy where applicable. 

All installation services are conducted by licenced or certified professionals on behalf of OneWorld EcoSolutions. 

No. OneWorld EcoSolutions does not work for, nor does it supply its products and/or services on behalf of the Victorian government or the Essential Services Commission (ESC).
